As well as having a service and MOT the car went in to have the handbrake attended to, the request appeared to have been ignored.

Service was great, the only slight negative was the waiting time and maybe staff need to support service department as the employee dealing with me was rushed off her feet and could have had other support her with others to improve the turn around

After agreeing to take each step at a time to investigate the problem costing thousands of pounds I was left with degrading remarks and no improvement to the problem. My car was handed back incomplete of agreed work that was to be carried out.

It's a laborious booking process, with several calls and reminders. Not at all digital. The appt was for 90 mins and I was told on arrival it could be two and a half hours. That isn't a massive issue as it set my realistic expectations but it is not

Our car only came in for a routine recall but it was given a very thorough health check which picked up some problems and these were dealt with promptly. Without this check we wouldn't have known anything was wrong

My car is still under warranty I bought the car 8 months ago, the mechanic guy were coming to replace prop shaft rear rubber coupling split, and i ask you guys to change it for me because it is cover on the warranty but you guys told me to pay for it

All Very professional but always slightly bemused that you drop your car off at 8am and it doesn't go into the workshop until 4pm. Would have thought the slots could be planned a bit more.

They sent me a talk through video of the inspection which is very useful. I have been advised of the upcoming actions that need to be addressed in the next service which is good as it gives an idea of what will be needed.

Everything was done as requested/expected. However the Service Advisor, Graham Cairns, at Sytner Luton was excellent and explained and re-assured us regarding the amber items on the Vehicle Health Check. Full marks to him for Customer Service.

On the visit to carryout the service. Some trim which was removed to allow for the micro filter replacement was not correctly reinstalled. This led to a rattle which I managed to identify and I secured the trim.
