Very satisfied. Tony was so helpful and took his time explaining everything to me and following up with a phone call after I had collected the car. I know that if I have any questions I can contact Tony at any time.

Was very informative lots of options, explained how to plug in and out also gave a good handover and start to getting used to the new car. Only downside was there was an imperfection which was acquired on site, Tony how's already got on to it.

Excellent he was happy to arrange delivery at my convenience to allow me to sort my finances out. Again it didn't feel like a pressured hard sell ,so I was comfortable with the transaction ,especially as it was more expensive than intended initially.

When scheduling the appointment for the recall, I was offered a complimentary vehicle health check, which I gladly accepted. As a woman on my own, it gave me peace of mind knowing my car was safe and roadworthy. Also had a car wash.

I have asked when I was making the booking to have a mechanic to come out and check the issue as it was only noticeable when the car is fully warmed up. Had to wait a little but managed to see the technician in person, and talk thru the issue.

I was not told upon booking that if my discs are lipped they will not change the pads. I was then forced to pay for both discs and pads. Also when my car was in the workshop or being cleaned, my daughters head phones were taken.

I am very dissatisfied with my experience with my MOT booked in before 22 September 2024. This is an experience with center in Leicester and the Luton branch doesn't coordinate which caused me a lot of problems because of a lack of coordination.

Only disappointment was I booked a brake fluid service . On check in online an engine oil service AND a microfilter service had been added by "the system".I needed to ask Tracy on arrival to remove those additional 2 items .

This was a recall visit. In addition to establishing if my car was affected, a complimentary safety check was carried out, plus the car was washed and cleaned. All while we enjoyed a coffee and a biscuit. Must also compliment BMW for cleanliness.
