Lack of capability to collect my car from my home for repairs. Also disappointed that I had to take a 30 min taxi ride to collect the vehicle when it had been delivered to you via recovery. Staff were friendly though. Excessive price for repairs.

With Sytner Luton specifically. Please know that Sytner Stevenage by comparison is a poor experience. They are too over-worked. They could not look at my car until January which is ridculous

Very happy with my customer service experience. I was looked after by Louis and he was very plesent and kept me in the loop regarding my car. Car took a little longer then expected but was worth the wait and I came away with a bag of goodies.

Catalogue of errors, mistakes, disorganised and unprofessional technical and service team. After spending thousands of pounds, half a dozen of wasted trips to service center and being inconvenienced they still could not finish jobs they have charged.

At drop off informed the interim service I had booked needed to be a full service. Should have been informed in advance of this.The cost was way in excess of the same service at an independent.

Not happy poor service u lot robbed me my car was service in June paid £550 and after 5 months my service light on really not happy u lot did not service the car and lied and tock money for no reason day light robbery and the customer service 0/10///

Parking was easy and nice welcome at the reception area, the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. In addition to the work carried out (brake fluid change) my BMW was also washed and cleaned to a high standard.

Everything went according to plan with timings. I was greeted well at reception. However, the end of the process could have been better. I was left on a table, handed the paperwork and the individual helping walked away before I could ask anything
