Excellent Customer Service from Tony at the Dealership. We were looking at a couple of other BMW's at other Dealerships but the vehicle video and communication received prompted us to purchase our car from Sytner Luton rather than somewhere else.

Friendly welcome and immediate discussion with representative. Whilst handing my car over for a recall starter motor, I also managed to speak to another BMW representative about the prospect of leasing a new vehicle which helped greatly.

Overall I was very happy. The telephone system to get through to the service people is a disaster though. I expect to have to press buttons to get to the correct department but to then have more automation is abhorrent and it doesn't even work!

Speedy polite service. Job completed in timeframe stated. The cost however is too high, even for a premier brand like BMW. You charge £22 for 1 litre of oil. This type of gross uplift in a basic car service commodity is irritating.

I was told the car had been tested for any further leaks after spending lots of money on investigating, replacing timing case cover and paying for a vehicle check, but it wasn't tested because I still have leaks. Now car in independent garage

Was £150 to diagnose a faulty TPMS sensor. Which the car already told me. Was unable to tell me which one. So basically didn't diagnose anything. However Kwikfit were able to tell me it was the front right for free. RIP off

There was a gesture of goodwill to adjust he rear hat hatch door to stop an annoying rattling noise. this was not done and i as it was a gesture of goodwill will i have not bothered to mention it. i will just get it done by another dealer.

Paid £650 for service and oil diagnostic test, service was done I presume but diagnostic test on oil pressure not completed satisfactorily as you said further tests are required as fault could be oil pump or turbocharger at a cost of £3000 plus!
